Functions

 Data collection subsystem
Data collection function means the collection of settlement data and raw data, and pro-processing of these data.
Data collection function includes sub-functions of data collection, exception handling and log management.
 Billing subsystem
After data collection and consolidation, an original account with standardized format is created. This account, with no additional information, describes the original features of raw data. Billing is to add primary rating and discount rules and adapt these accounts to the database structure. In case of exceptional accounts, separate processing is necessary.

 Accounting subsystem
Account-issuing process is to link the consolidated data of communication cost derived from billing consolidation with customer data, customer accounting data and equipment type data, give different discounts to customers in accordance with the different customer type and discount type, and create accounts as required by customer's payment method and account-issuing.

 Account cancellation subsystem
Account cancellation is to cancel accounts of subscribers who pay for the services.

 Debt subsystem
For those subscribers who does not pay for the services after the deadline of payment, the related data will enter the automatic payment-demanding system for payment-demanding, creating records of fines for delaying payment. The ways for payment-demanding can be set by subscribers' credit, amount of debts and how long payment is delayed.
