Background
The traditional Chinese business models are being heavily shocked by the wave of e-commerce. The law of "survival of the fittest" is irresistible. Fortunately, large businesses in China have initiated their e-commerce plans. According to the statistics, China had 22.5 million Internet users by the end of 2000 and over 1100 e-commerce related websites, with the e-commerce turnover topping 400 million RMB (180 million RMB in 1999). This means that e-commerce in China is in a transition from the start-up phase to a more practical, substantive phase of take-off.
Featuring Conference Reports, Manufacturer Speech, Panel Discussions, and CEO Forum, this conference will further exploit the hot topics concerned to greet a new high tide of Chinese e-commerce drive. These interesting topics will highlight the business models of the new economy age, the new opportunities for Chinese businesses and immediate and effective e-commerce solutions.
