1. Snowfall load: 40Kg/m2.
2. Earthquake resistance: Magnitude 8.

The villas are different from the traditional villas with wooden frames or brick frames. This designed strength is against strong wind and earthquakes.
All the villas by CHS are designed to be against shocks caused by earthquake of 2B grade (one of the top grades required by American building specifications). In places not bearing Special Forces, the highly strong villas by CHS ensures super safety.
2. Energy efficiency and comfort rating
With steel components, most villas by CHS use 20-centimeter R-30 thermal insulation materials on walls and roofs. Such thick insulation materials provide efficient protection of energy. Another benefit against traditional wooden frames is that it is quieter in villas by CHS than in traditional ones.
