Design Requirements:
1. Snowfall load: 40Kg/m2.
2. Earthquake resistance: Magnitude 8.
3. Wind load: 50Kg/m2.
4. Heat insulation: excellent.
5. Sound insulation: exterior wall 355db, window 255db, interior wall 45db.
6. Fireproof performance conforms to the fire-resistance grades for civil buildings in China.

1. Strength
The villas are different from the traditional villas with wooden frames or brick frames. This designed strength is against strong wind and earthquakes.
All the villas by CHS are designed to be against shocks caused by earthquake of 2B grade (one of the top grades required by American building specifications). In places not bearing Special Forces, the highly strong villas by CHS ensures super safety.

2. Energy efficiency and comfort rating
With steel components, most villas by CHS use 20-centimeter R-30 thermal insulation materials on walls and roofs. Such thick insulation materials provide efficient protection of energy. Another benefit against traditional wooden frames is that it is quieter in villas by CHS than in traditional ones. This benefit shows growing importance, which makes a narrow distance between villas possible.

3. Flexible design
Highly strong steel frames mean wider span and less materials and support. All the interior walls are those not sustaining heavy weight. That makes a flexible in-room setting and a fast, easy and inexpensive change of the existing frames.

4. Interior partition walls can be changed at will
Interior partition walls in villas by CHS are those not sustaining heavy weights; thus all the rooms can be changed wherever and whenever if you so desire.

5. Fireproof
CHS-supplied villas are made of materials that will not spread fire. It is villa materials that cause most fires and might spread fire to the whole building. Fires need support of fuels for continual burning and heat keeping spreading further. As basic frames and components in the steel-framed villas will not help burning, fires will be confined to a limited space, instead of going spread. For these reasons, steel-framed villas usually save premium.

6. Fast and inexpensive installation
CHS-supplied villas consist of steel-framed systems easy to be installed, with clear marks. Usually a typical single frame of 200mm2 can be erected within 2 days, the house wrap completed within 2 weeks. Only one CHS trained tutor and 4 unskilled workers are required for this work, obviously less labor than those for traditional villas with wooden or brick frames.

10. Maintenance and lifetime warranty
CHS-supplied villas consist of highly strong tapping screws, instead of nails that keep the fixture with their friction. The fixture with nails will be affected by formation change due to heat and cold. The loose nails will accelerate depreciation of the housings. The screws do not work by friction and will not be affected by the constant slight wobble, so CHS-supplied villas will preserve their values as they will not be aging that quickly as the villas with wooden frames.

3. O.S.B. moisture-proof sheathing is not only moisture-proof, but also enhanced.
4. Inter-layer paper, waterproof and insect-proof, is free of corrosion and performs protection for exterior layer.

6. Exterior layer of wall part: coating of exterior wall, covered board for exterior wall, prefabricated gas-filled concrete board.

2. Frame section has been set up, fixed in the proper place on the foundation.

4. Insulating sheathing is fixed on the roof and windows, doors and windows plus insulation materials for doorframe installed.
5. The materials for exterior decoration at your choice have been used and installation of outer shell is complete, same to the interior walls.
